Commissions are only digital.
USER AGREEMENT
✧ i have the right to decline any commission request.
✧ credit must be given when posted online
✧ references must be provided (mood boards or even doodles are more than welcome!
✧You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.
✧Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.
✧You may use the artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
✧ payment can be done fully upfront or 50% before sketch and 50% after sketch has been approved
✧ commissions are non-refundable! if you have paid a 50% downpayment and cancelled you will not be refunded.
✧Payments will be taken upfront via VGen.REVISIONS
✧ i will be sending work in progress (wip) photos throughout the process, during which you can request revisions. maximum 3 free revisions, more will require additional payment.
✧The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.
✧I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
✧ estimated a minimum of 2 weeks for final product (maybe more depending on how complex the commission is/how heavy my workload is). i will try my best to keep you updated on the process !
✧ rush orders will require extra payment depending on how soon deadline isUSE
✧ artwork is for personal use only, if you want to use commercially please let me know so we can discuss proper pricing!INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
✧ i own the rights to my art (eg. portfolio, posting on social media, streaming process on twitch) however, NDAs can be discussed!
✧ you may not use my art for AI (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, AI/ML Training), NFT, blockchain, or any for-profit platforms or purposesCOMMUNICATION
